For this transformation, I was inspired by Brizo’s brushed bronze faucet….and from there the design plan blossomed! The faucet’s finish contrasted beautifully with the deep, calming shade of PPG’s Aqua Smoke.  The Bertch custom cabinet with its rich gray undertone and solid surface white counter balanced perfectly.

Finding the perfect light fixture to match the faucet’s finish proved to be a challenge. We partnered with local artist, Lisa Schuler, for a custom paint finish on the light fixture to complement the brushed bronze faucet.

Next, let’s take a close look at a secondary bathroom shared by two sisters. While the space itself was generous in size, the layout was awkward, and the outdated countertop did nothing to enhance the room’s aesthetic.

A fresh coat of paint and new tile would set the tone for the space. Additionally, the layout of the room would need to be addressed to better serve the needs of the two girls.

A re-imagined cabinetry layout not only provided much-needed storage, but it also maximized the floor space for a more open and cohesive flow.

We completely gutted the area to create an open and functional master bath that blends the charm of the farmhouse with modern elegance. FUN FACT! The refinished barn door (pictured here) was the original front door of the home. We discovered it buried in a wall on an earlier renovation!

A 6-foot bathtub is now nestled against the wall, sharing space with a custom shower and a convenient linen closet, all seamlessly integrated into the layout where closets and a tub enclosure once stood.

We selected Porcelanosa Tinybroken Edge tile for accents and Antique Acereo for the floor and shower niche.
